Homelessness Team Leader Contract

Step in and lead the team in Cairns! Full-time contract (38 hours per week, with some on-call responsibility) with a well-known Not-for-Profit organization in the housing and homelessness sector in Manoora.
Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of housing units in the complex.Coordinate service delivery for client outcomes and manage the outputs of employees within the line management chain.Demonstrate effective leadership skills.Provide sound case management support to individuals with complex needs.Exhibit keen analytical skills and work within relevant funding guidelines, legislative requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.Hold a tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, social sciences, or a related discipline.Have a minimum of five years' industry experience working with clients in crisis, including holistic person-centered case management frameworks.Demonstrate program coordination and leadership skills, including human resources and financial management, quality assurance, risk management, and reporting.Possess well-developed interpersonal, communication, IT, and organizational skills.Hold a current Class C Drivers' Licence.Apply now!
