Home & Garden Maintenance Worker - Southeastern SuburbsHenderCare is seeking a Home and Garden Maintenance worker to join our team to support our Aged Care & Disability Clients in the community with their homes in the Southeastern Suburbs with services around Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Mentone, Hampton, Glen Iris, Clayton, Mt Eliza, Black Rock, Patterson Lakes and Surrounding Suburbs.
Work your Shifts and Roster via AlayaCare AppShifts generally 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (no weekends)Weekly Pay (every Friday)Employee Benefits & Perks Program24-hour support line for field staffFREE Flu Vaccinations for all employeesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)About the role As a casual Home and Garden Maintenance Worker, you will assist service recipients in keeping their homes safe and habitable by minimising environmental health and safety hazards.
Services include gutter cleaning, window cleaning, fan cleaning, replacing light bulbs, installing batteries, replacing fixed shower heads with handheld systems, installing key safes, installing grab rails in toilet and shower recesses, minor home maintenance, pruning, lawn mowing, and weeding.

About You You must:
Have a reliable smartphone compatible with AlayaCare App for roster access (iOS 15+ or Android 9+)Be able to travel in and around between client homes throughout the dayOwn gardening and maintenance equipment and vehicleHave a UTE/Trailer to transport the equipment and toolsBe willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Check, National Police Check, and a Working With Children CheckHave a passion and understanding for providing support to the elderly and people with a disability Welcome to HenderCare At HenderCare, we pride ourselves on the high-quality care and support we offer to people living with a disability, people in the acute healthcare sector, children and young people, and our older Australians.
