Job Description The Role: As the Branch Manager, you will be pivotal in transforming our new Hobart store from start-up to a flourishing hub. Supported by a talented technical team, you'll service both existing and new customers across Tasmania with our industry leading product range and services.
Responsibilities: Drive branch performance and growth through excellent leadership and strategic planning. Build a high-performance team focused on customer service & solutions. Support and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results. Foster relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including retail and project sales. Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and training within your branch. What We're Looking For: Proven experience and accomplishments in the irrigation industry with a solid technical background. In-depth understanding of pumping and irrigation principles in an agricultural setting, including automation and control systems. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Superior communication, relationship-building, and customer service abilities.
