About the role Analysing and diagnosing mechanical problems Repairing and servicing trucks, buses and other heavy machinery in line with Job Cards The planning of jobs and ordering the required parts Completion of all paperwork regarding work performed Mentoring apprentices and assisting with their development Maintaining a commitment to safety in the workplace About you Trade qualification in heavy diesel/motor mechanics (dual trade advantageous) Extensive industry experience Proven ability in technical diagnosis and repair a range of machinery and heavy vehicles Ability to identify specific parts or components What we can offer you Secure, long term role with career growth opportunities New, state of the art workshop and the latest technology Competitive salary package and overtime opportunities Expanding infrastructure and growing SA owned business Supportive team environment About Us Established in 1995, the Northeast Auto Group is a national award-winning automotive retail and service organisation employing 630 people in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory.
