Australian Concert & Entertainment Security – Sydney CBD NSWWe are seeking casual Security Officers for rotational and relieving officer rosters in a range of health facilities and sites across metropolitan Sydney.If you have a genuine interest in providing compassionate support to patients, visitors, and staff, you will be part of a team providing frontline customer service and protecting property and assets.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service with compassionProvide roving patrolsMonitor, respond, and report relevant incidentsConform with precise policy and procedurePrepare general security records and reportsSkills and Experience:Security License (NSW 1A)Covid-19 & Category A Vaccination (willing to complete)First Aid Certificate (current)Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)CPR (current)Customer service experience (ideally in a health environment)Excellent communication skillsReliability and punctualityExcellent presentationAttention to detail to conform with precise procedureAbility to work on a flexible rosterNSW Class C Drivers Licence (desirable, not required for all roles)Traffic Controller (or willing to obtain – desirable, not required for all roles)Preparedness to comply with personal health checks (including on a daily basis)This is a Category A position.
