**About the role**

Based in our Kenmore locations, you will be responsible for supporting the Health, Safety and Wellbeing teams with their day administrative duties. This role offers a great deal of flexibility and can be part time or fulltime. If you have a passion and desire to learn, we are happy to support you in gaining formal qualifications relevant to this role or to support your career Health, Safety & Wellbeing.

In this role you will:

- Provide advice and administration support across injury management and HSW.
- Allocate incoming RiskMan responsibilities to appropriate team members and provide follow up for non-compliance.
- Organise and maintain correspondence; collate information and contribute to the preparation of reports.
- Collate training materials, record training attendance and evaluation sheets.
- Project related administration to support the HSW function.

Indicative Total Remuneration: $52,541.81 - $56,651.92 (plus significant salary sacrificing benefits + superannuation).

You are passionate and realise the importance that Health, Safety and Wellbeing plays in the success of our organisation. You are also seeking the opportunity to learn and grow in the field. You will have great time management and the ability to adhere to deadlines. Your ability to learn quickly, will enable you to effectively engage with our systems, and processes.

Ideally your experience and qualifications include:

- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent level of expertise and experience.
- Two years administration experience.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and Sharepoint.
- Experience working in a customer service role.
- National Police Check or ability to obtain.
