Job Description Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in landfill projects? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading civil construction company with a strong presence in Queensland. This company is known for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Australia, and they are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic landfill division.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage landfill projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage risk, quality, and safety processes in line with company and regulatory standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within the civil construction industry, specifically in landfill or waste management projects. Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Full working rights in Australia and willingness to travel as required.
