About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Comply with the services Key Performance Indicators, task lists and handbooks.Maintain confidentiality whilst accessing the historical paper-based clinical records and digital patient information applications.Comply with all aspects of the scanning process in the ieMR including the use of KOFAX, ieMR power chart and other relevant databases and applications.Assume general administrative responsibilities as required to contribute to the daily operations of the Clinical Documentation Management Service including phone calls, in person enquiries and email management.Health Equity It is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role as a valuable member of the Metro North workforce, contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting the defined six actions that specifically meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
