**What You Will Be Doing**
The Administrative Assistant role working in the Health Independence Program (HIP) will primarily work alongside clinicians and the Community Care Program intake team to ensure an efficient point of entry for all referrals to the HIP Programs. This will include after hours and weekend work to ensure HIP programs meet service demand and provide a responsive service to the community.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Demonstrated competency in medical terminology.
- Sound understanding of patient privacy & confidentiality within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to identify & prioritise tasks in order to deliver accurate outcomes in a timely
manner.
