You are excited about a FIFO opportunity based in either Mildura VIC or Wagga Wagga NSW as needs require.The roleAs the HSE Advisor within the HSSE team, you will assist the team in ensuring a healthy and safe working environment for all personnel, in accordance with the Elecnor management system expectations, operating standards, HSSE management manual, statutory requirements, and client specifications.Your duties and responsibilities will include:Implementation of HSSE plans and supporting documentationCommunication of HSE issues / standardsCo-ordination of HSE initiatives for the Project as requiredHSSE reporting and analysisHealth programmes; including fitness for and return to workHSSE training and competency assessment, including onboarding and inductionsIncident classification, notification investigation, and close out of all actions to prevent reoccurrenceHSSE Assurance and VerificationContractor evaluation and support as requiredWhat you will bring to the team:Five years' experience in engineering and construction industryA minimum of 10 years' experience in occupational health and safety.Competent level of reporting and analytical experienceIdeally degree/diploma qualification in related disciplineCombined, the joint venture will provide the skills, knowledge, and history to deliver zero harm projects, bringing world class and proven experience in high voltage power transmission, substations, and infrastructure projects.We're building a diverse workforce.Elecnor Australia is committed to being an employer of choice.
