We are currently seeking a dynamic Head Sommelier to support the Bar Manager and team in this venue.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:At least 2 years' experience working in the hospitality industryPassion for the wine industryIn-depth knowledge of wine and spiritsBasic skills in supplying, dispensing, and mixing liquorExceptional service skills and guest-focusedAdaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsProven ability in building effective relationships and being a part of a high-performing teamOrganizational and time management skillsExceptional communication and presentationAvailable and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shiftsWSET qualifications are advantageousMust possess a valid Victorian RSA certificateWhat's in it for you:You will have access to WSET courses, funded by us.
