This role will serve as a change agent within the Training and Standards division. This means leading the transformation efforts, in working towards the development of strategies and systems aimed at enhancing safety and efficiency outcomes for both domestic and international flying operations. The objective is not only to ensure compliance with CASA's legislative requirements for Check and Training Systems but also to position the division as a best in class entity.
