We are looking for an amazing Chief of Talent Acquisition to join our team and ensure we keep providing the service we are known for. There's a lot that falls under this position, so we'll do our best to break it down here.

What are we looking for. We're looking for someone that has proven leadership involvement in proactive talent acquisition strategies specifically within a BPO environment servicing either Australian or US clients, someone that knows how to develop improvements to enhance the candidate experience.
This role will be part of the HR Leadership team reporting directly to our Global Head of People and Culture.
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the hiring of over 1000 people in the next 12-18 months, with plans to double that in the next five years.
From day one, you'll have direct reports and will be responsible for overseeing our talented and growing team of 15 Talent Acquisition Partners located in the Philippines. We're looking for a driven individual who can develop and implement effective hiring strategies, nurture our company culture, and ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with our business goals. Responsibilities: Identify top-level talent through innovative and aggressive sourcing methods which include research, networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, advertisements, career events, associations, and other sources as needed. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Develop and implement a candidate-centric sourcing methodology to achieve recruitment goals. Manage, coach, and inspire the Talent Acquisition team to deliver world-class service. Drive continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function, leveraging effective change management strategies. Collaborate with the marketing teams to create and execute innovative talent attraction campaigns. Provide specialized Talent Acquisition expertise to enhance the quality of our hiring process. Drive the execution of operational Talent Acquisition activities in line with our business workforce plans. Deliver timely reporting and data analysis insights to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to optimize recruitment processes. What Success Looks Like: You will know you're making an impact when recruitment targets are met consistently, time-to-hire is reduced, new starters are engaged, and retention targets for the first 90 days of new hires are achieved monthly.
Who You Are: You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, particularly in BPO recruitment. You possess excellent leadership capabilities and are adept at coaching and developing team members. Your strong communication and influencing skills enable you to build credibility with stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in appropriate field preferred. 5-7 years of hands-on leadership experience: training, coaching, and mentoring other recruiting professionals within a BPO environment. Strong preference for those that have experience in leading an offshore team or managing recruiters in diverse cultural environments. Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, candidate selection methods, and relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ability to use metrics and analytics to drive the execution of recruitment strategies.
