We are staffing up rapidly and are looking for a passionate and energetic Executive Producer to lead our projects in development! This is a unique and exciting opportunity to grow with a team working on a leading Metaverse platform.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Owner on product and project direction, scope, execution strategies, managing financials, needs for additional support, and cross-project staffingStrategize, implement and maintain multiple workstreams to improve and ensure on-time delivery of new features and contentOversee all aspects of the project, including live operations, technical excellence, quality, and tool and process evolution, along with production support, to coordinate requirements gathering, scoping to ensure schedules are delivered based on agreed-upon priorities and timelinesGrow and expand a culture promoting collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring the process does not impede progressBring energy, momentum, passion, and charisma to inspire and motivate the team and team leadershipEffectively communicate the needs of the project, build and strengthen the communication between disciplines and locations and leverage the opportunities and resources of the larger organizationDevelop assessment tools for evaluation of progress, processes, and plans for areas needing improvementManage, mentor, and coach the production team growing and developing stronger production skillsetsProvide ongoing executive-level reporting progress and communicationMaintain the highest standards of quality and team performance by working collaboratively with other disciplines to drive results and outcomesHelp define and set best practices and make sure they are communicated and utilized across the team
Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years of relevant work experience leading and guiding multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of development on at least three released games as Executive Producer, Development Director, or Game Director, preferably on a mobile titleYou know the mobile market, and mobile platforms and have 3+ years of experience with F2P game development and LiveOpsYou have experience overseeing teams working on live games/games as a serviceYou understand and have hands-on knowledge of all aspects of game production from concept through live operationsYou have strong knowledge of mobile development, the app stores, and the needs of modern mobile gamesYou have applied Agile methodologies on prior game projectsYou are experienced in growing, motivating, and driving teams to success and lead by exampleYou know what is needed to lead multi-disciplinary teams to create and grow great gamesYou are an extraordinary communicator and know the importance of solid project management and relationship-building skillsYou know the importance of and apply analytics and data-driven to decision makingYou have an agile mindset and a continuous improvement approach to the product and processesYou are known for your organizational skills and focus on the detailsYou are calm in the chaos and know what it takes to move a team forward through the changes of a live gameYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePassion for a deep knowledge of games, UGC, and the metaverse ecosystems including crypto and Web 3.0Experience at a successful startup is a big plus
