Key responsibilities include managing sports operations, mentoring coaching staff, overseeing student athletic development, and fostering strong community and external partnerships. The role demands strong organisational, communication, and technical skills, with a focus on enhancing the school's sports reputation and student engagement.This is a full-time role and a non-teaching position.Selection Criteria:You will be able to demonstrate your ability and commitment to:Leadership and Strategic Direction: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a School sports program or high-performance program, with the ability to develop and implement a strategic vision that aligns with the school's overall objectives.
