Head of Sales – Own the Full Funnel | SaaS | Remote | Operational Tech We're a fast-growing SaaS company helping warehouses run smarter—with a platform that powers end-to-end operations across thousands of daily transactions.
We're hiring a player-coach Head of Sales to lead from the front: closing deals, coaching a growing team, and scaling a full-funnel GTM engine (inbound, outbound, upsells, partnerships, and channels).
You'll report directly to the GM and shape our commercial future.
We're also strong adopters of AI—using it to boost prospecting, automate follow-up, and enable data-driven coaching.
Requirements include: Experience building and leading the sales engine at a high-growth SaaS company.
Ability to sell complex, multi-stakeholder solutions (WMS, ERP, CRM).
Hands-on, coach-first, and remote-native approach.
