As Head of Risk, Assurance & Insurance, you'll spearhead the implementation of Serco's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across our APAC division.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you'll lead compliance, risk, and quality management initiatives to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Your leadership will ensure that we meet our contractual, legal, and organisational requirements while driving operational excellence.As Head of Risk & Assurance, you'll make a positive impact by:Leading risk management, compliance audits, and quality assuranceManaging business continuity planning and crisis managementOverseeing corporate insurance programs and advising on risk mitigationProviding strategic guidance on compliance and risk to senior leadershipDriving continuous improvement and embedding a strong compliance cultureSerco is a place for you10+ years of experience in a lead role - working in compliance, risk management, assurance & insuranceProven leadership experience in developing and implementing risk frameworksStrong analytical and reporting skills with expertise in ISO standardsExcellent people leadership skills with a proven ability to develop high performing teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAs a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span areas such as Justice, Defence, Migration, and more.
