Head Of Project Delivery

Our client provides centralised supply chain and procurement to Victoria's public health service.
They pride themselves on bringing the private sector's innovation, agility, and focus on commercial outcomes to their role of delivering the best-value equipment and services to Victoria's Health Sector.
They are looking to engage a Head of Project Delivery to support and develop their Project Services team. The role focuses on people management and driving a culture of collaborative project implementation internally and externally. You will need to be a leader and mentor to the team, uplift their skill level, and successfully embed a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a senior role in the organisation that is responsible for a critical function. You will need to be a highly experienced Project Manager with excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Key skills/experience required will include: 10 + years experience in Project Management.
Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration/Management or other relevant discipline and experience in a similar position.
Certification in a recognised project management methodology such as PRINCE2.
Extensive experience uplifting a team's skill level and leading multiple project teams simultaneously.
Demonstrated expertise in team management and organisational leadership and delivering projects through others.
Exceptional skills in leadership, coaching, analytical problem solving and strong business acumen.
Ability to build relationships, negotiate, influence, and manage change in a matrix environment.
Ability to think conceptually and drive practical solutions.
You will need to display an organised and systematic approach to work with high attention to detail. Additionally, forming strong working relationships with diverse customers and stakeholders will be critical to your success.
