You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the operational business and strategic plans. The role will provide opportunity to drive the organisation as a thought leader in mental health. You will mentor and lead a passionate team committed to reaching and supporting schools, workplaces and individuals with engaging, practical resources to support their mental health. You will be provided an exciting opportunity to influence and impact a variety of business initiatives and activities including; manage and oversee sales process for all program’s organisation wide, manage projects with key partners, new program development, the management of all new business along with the retention of key customer groups across the organisation and management of partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Development and implementation of strategic and operational plans Manage and oversee operations relating to corporate programs Effectively lead a team for high performance in a supportive and collaborative way Support international program development and implementation Support the operations of all schools programs Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, clients and consultants Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing including CRM, eCommerce and content strategy Oversee and support key marketing campaigns, communications and collateral for the organisation The successful candidate will come with experience in program design and delivery along with operational capability and expertise. Self-motivated and proactive, you will lead the team through your own brand of passion and enthusiasm underpinned by a keen analytical and commercial acumen.
