Full timeSummary of the Role: Exciting role starting early 2025.Lead and manage the production process from beginning to end. Manage all relationships with suppliers across payments and terms, pricing and the product master, sourcing and product development. Maintain the critical path along with key stakeholders to deliver seasonal ranges and at once orders on time while managing all deliverables to captivate our target market of those with a love for Summer and an appreciation for innovative design.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the Head of Design and Production, Head of Creative as well as other internal stakeholders to deliver market leading collections on time and in line with the critical path and margin KPI's. Manage the production process of commercial, innovative, trend-led products that are in line with the business strategy.Set initial development pricing based on margin KPIs whilst carrying awareness for similar items in the market. Work with purchasing, sales and design to ensure sourcing achieves the required price targets.Ownership and maintenance of data housed in the Product Master Document (PDM) – responsibility for accuracy of all data.Monitor and maintain a secure, flexible supply base. Build on existing relationships to drive flexibility and margin improvement. Manage supplier agreements in line with global corporate responsibility standards.Build and maintain improved processes in relation to production.Work with suppliers and the operations team in conjunction with freight forwarders to ensure all stock ready dates are met.Complete work to agreed cost KPI's and timelines. Deliver all production orders on time and in full.Work with the design team to ensure all samples are of the best quality and delivered on time to all sales teams and distributors to ensure the best result for the brand.ProductionMaintain key production functions within the critical path and manage the Production Team ensuring adherence to hit all key dates and milestones.Manage the product development and sampling of ALL SUNNYLiFE branded product within the main range and special make-up orders.Manage the sourcing and price negotiations for SUNNYLiFE Branded Products.Manage feasibility of products in the range plan to ensure they are viable for production, and provide relevant data to support reasoning for the inclusion of new products into the range. Maintain a margin KPI through strong development, negotiations and processes.Ensure factories are fully briefed on product concepts and deal with daily queries and questions. Work with the team to manage all daily communication with suppliers, over email, phone & video call.Responsible for accuracy of all data across all relevant documents in the process.Visit trade shows and factory site visits to strengthen relationships and source new products & vendors.Ownership of Vendor Management including payment term negotiations, growth rebates, supplier scorecards.Manage our Vendor Manual and Terms & Conditions, ensuring all agreements are up to date and relevant at all times.Manage Supplier performance reviews and recommend action required to comply.Manage and implement Supplier Strategy; recommend re-sourcing opportunities, action plans for cost price reductions.Manage external resources across testing, compliance and QC to ensure products are compliant and safe for the markets.Manage creation of all Purchase Orders in NetSuite.LeadershipManage a strong team, set objectives and manage their KPIs. Hold regular 1-1's and track their development and growth.
