Reports to: Leadership TeamPosition type: Voluntary, ContinuingCommencing: December 20th, 2024Time commitment: Approx. 4 hours per week, with increments towards each event.Applications Close: December 20th, 2024Key ResponsibilitiesBuild production strategy for 2021 - including both online, in-person, and hybrid eventsReview, reflect, and update production strategy annuallyRepresent Production and event management expertise to the Leadership teamOversee the overall event production execution, including setting timelines and maintaining quality of all TEDxMelbourne eventsLead and manage a Production team of approximately 8-12 volunteer membersOversee production budget and cash flowSupportThe Head of Production works closely with Curation, Marketing, and Production teams in the lead-up to each event.
