About Àerre: Àerre is one of Australia's fastest growing consumer brands, and it's probably no exaggeration to say that we're one of the most successful Australian startups to have launched in the last 18 months.
We make perfumes that are inspired by famous fragrances, and we sell them for a fraction of the cost. All our perfumes are made in Provence, France - the same place that many of the world's most famous luxury perfumes manufacture their scents - and we're vegan and cruelty free.
We launched in August last year, and in that time we've grown to become one of the biggest spenders on both Meta and Tiktok in Australia. We're looking to expand internationally in the next 6 months, and need someone to spearhead our unique approach to digital advertising.
Role overview: Paid digital advertising is the single most important part of our business. It is what has enabled us to grow so fast, and our business thrives or dies on our paid digital performance. This role will shape Àerre's international presence and comes with autonomy to implement new ideas.
We're looking for someone who is an absolute gun in Meta, Tiktok and still strong in Google Ads. You need to deeply understand these platforms, and you need to currently be or have very recently been on the tools. You will have a team supporting you that can implement all the day-to-day tasks of uploading creative etc, but you need to be the brains behind the operation, and you need to already know what you're doing so that you can hit the ground running.
Externally you will have regular WIPs with our Meta and Tiktok reps and our marketing agencies. Internally, aside from your own team, you will work with and report to one of our co-founders who has so far spearheaded all our digital marketing efforts. Your job will be to eventually replace the role he has been doing in conducting our paid marketing.
