Reporting directly to the National Director People Partnering and St Vincent's Care Services CEO, the Head of People Partnering - St Vincent's Care will lead a People Partnering team to provide sound guidance and support to leaders, and will manage the People & Culture (P&C) partnership for the Aged Care sector of our organisation to ensure people initiatives enable the St Vincent's Strategy.
The successful applicant will be the strategic P&C partner to the Care Services Leadership team and a key member of the National People Partnering leadership team collaborating with your fellow leaders to enhance and improve an integrated, aligned and future focused 'One St Vincent's' . This position is Permanent Full Time and based in our Group Head Office in Brisbane QLD.
Key responsibilities of the role: Be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership team of Care Services, and lead people initiatives to enable strategy Collaborate with other Heads of People Partnering across St Vincent's Health Australia to develop and implement key projects and initiatives, particularly as it relates to organisational changes and fit for purpose People Partnering solutions Partner with the broader P&C Centres of Expertise to broker specialist HR services Report and manage metrics data and monthly reporting to drive changes for continuous improvement Consistently review and evaluate our services in current and future state to ensure the People Partnership team and resources are aligned to business requirements and the strategic agenda Drive a high-performing and dynamic team through all aspects of People Partnering including workforce planning, IR/ER matters, organisational development, talent and succession, attraction and retention and much more Things that work for us: A passion for the Aged Care sector Proven well-developed experience in a similar Senior Leadership role within a similar large and complex work environment Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, promoting a safe and collaborative environment, and a focus on continuous growth and improvement The ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across St Vincent's Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent field, with Post-Graduate qualifications in HR, Business Administration, Management (desirable) National Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months) Things that work for you: Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its service Be a part of a supportive and dynamic senior leadership team at St Vincent's Competitive salary packaging options Discounted private health insurance Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families Access to the Fitness Passport (FP) Why become part of St Vincent's Health Australia?
