Your opportunity:
As our valued Head of Mobile Wholesale, you will play a vital role in the sustainable growth of the business, creating compelling propositions for brands and wholesalers and developing our customer base. You'll draw on your Wholesale exposure and senior leadership experience to guide and support a cross-functional team.

This is a significant leadership role responsible for the engagement, growth and performance of a multidisciplinary team including Wholesale Mobile, Intercarrier, Roaming and Wholesale Messaging. This includes leading cultural change within your team and role modelling appropriate behaviours across the organisation.
The role is a P&L leadership role, accountable for delivering the budget and driving business performance and growth, including the go-to-market strategy for wholesale and optimising commercial arrangements with partners and suppliers.
You will be responsible for leading the contract negotiation with key strategic wholesale customers and prospects that will significantly contribute to the success of TPG Telecom.
Developing the go-to-market and commercial offerings including:
Collaborating with product, commercial and pricing stakeholders to develop new products and pricing strategies to achieve the strategic priorities of your function.
Analysing the performance data of your products and market segment to ensure that the products are meeting usage, revenue, cost and margin targets.
Aligning the business unit strategy and operations with other parts of the business, working closely with peers across the SLT.
As a senior leader in the business you will be required to represent the business in the management of external relationships and external forums.
What you'll bring:
Experience within Wholesale
Substantial experience in segment leadership, including channel, marketing and/or product roles
Outstanding senior influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication
Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
Knowledge and expertise of the telecommunications market
Strong partnering skills and experience in helping brands build their businesses
