Our client is a privately owned property developer with diverse business interests across high-rise and land subdivision projects. Currently, the focus is on a 350-hectare land subdivision in VIC, which has seen very positive progress. They are seeking a Marketing expert to play a vital role in driving this success further.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the strategic direction and execution of sales and marketing activities to support the company's business objective. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing team, maintain authentic relationships, and ensure the seamless integration of marketing strategies with project delivery while adhering to high ethical standards and fostering positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy: Oversee the strategy and execution of stage releases for project success.Drive content creation and manage social media channels to engage target audiences effectively.Support the business with public relations initiatives as needed.Establish and implement a comprehensive community development strategy to enhance company reputation. Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's business plan.Lead the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with project delivery.Establish and manage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer engagement.Define and manage marketing KPIs to measure effectiveness and improve decision-making.Collect and maintain buyer profiles, preferences, market intelligence, and competitor data to inform strategy and decision-making.Oversee the creation and consistent communication of project branding and vision, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Sales: Recommend sales targets for executive approval.Lead the sales team to ensure strategies exceed sales and settlement targets, focusing on volume and gross revenue.Continuously review and provide insights on project product delivery, including staging strategy and product mix, to align with market demand. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Tertiary qualifications in marketing preferred).Strong understanding of market drivers in land development.Experience:Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in property development marketing, with proven expertise in land subdivision projects.Demonstrated success in driving sales and marketing strategies that exceed business objectives.
