ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Communications to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand. This senior leadership position will play a key role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand reputation, and engage with key stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the marketing department, including brand management, project marketing, content strategy, public relations, and digital marketing.
This role requires a strategic visionary with a proven track record in leading high-performing marketing teams, driving digital transformation, and aligning marketing strategies with broader organisational goals. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to execute a forward-thinking, results-driven marketing strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for the organisation and its specific projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Brand & Project Marketing Management: Develop and manage the company's brand while leading targeted marketing campaigns for individual projects. Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team. Digital Marketing & Transformation: Drive and optimise digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content development. Public Relations & Media Strategy: Oversee public relations for both the brand and individual projects. Content Strategy & Execution: Lead content development for both brand-wide campaigns and project-specific marketing efforts. Project Marketing Execution: Take ownership of marketing for projects and launches. Analytics & Reporting: Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns through key metrics and data analysis. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of property or construction marketing experience. Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team. Strong analytical skills, with a history of using data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
