The Head of Junior School position is a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic, passionate and organised educator and leader to join our vibrant Junior School Team. This senior role leads and oversees our early childhood centre and Kindergarten to Year 6 community working with a growing dedicated team.

The Head of Junior School will have an exciting and contemporary vision to lead the ELC and Junior School Team to deliver exceptional academic, pastoral care and wellbeing programs for our students and has oversight of all day-to-day operations. In addition, they will drive continuous improvement and innovation across the Junior School and ensure diverse opportunities are offered within our co-curricular program.
Permanent full-time employment is offered plus the additional responsibility of the HOJS leadership role being a five-year fixed term opportunity (and the potential to renew the leadership position by mutual agreement for further terms).

It is anticipated that the selection process will occur during December 2024, with the role ideally commencing Term 1, 2025 or by negotiation with the successful applicant. Salary, remuneration and leave entitlements will be provided to the preferred candidate and consider relevant qualifications and experience. The relevant current industrial instrument for teachers is the AISNSW Multi-Enterprise Agreement 'Standards' 2021 due to be updated from February 2025.
