Head of IT A highly skilled technology leader is required to oversee the organisation's IT operations, develop and implement technology strategies, and manage teams.
About the Role This leadership position will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, aligning with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing ICT strategies, systems, projects, initiatives, and policies
Leading, mentoring, and managing technology and spatial teams
Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Managing technology projects from inception to completion
Oversighting the maintenance and security of the company's IT infrastructure
Key Requirements The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 10 years' experience in leading teams and managing IT systems in a complex ICT environment
Demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure and services
Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
