The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality, cost-effective, and responsive IT infrastructure that supports and drives Genea's business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work in both service delivery and manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems to align with Genea's business goals.Ensure optimal IT service delivery to support daily operations and long-term projects.Lead cross-functional teams in managing complex information systems in both healthcare services and manufacturing environments.Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Drive change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations.Maintain robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance with healthcare industry standards.Critical Competencies, Experience & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in a management role, leading IT teams and strategies.Proven ability to organise, control, and develop complex information systems in both service delivery and manufacturing settings.A strong track record in project management and executing successful change management initiatives.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Previous experience in the healthcare business sector is highly desirable.
