As our Head of Identity Lifecycle Management reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for leading the organisation's transition to a Zero Trust security model by implementing a comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) program. This includes defining a robust User Access Review (UAR) process, centralising Identity Governance and administration, and overseeing the onboarding and management of all applications onto the Identity Governance platform

A few of your responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) program, aligning with the organisation's Zero Trust security strategy.
Define and implement a robust User Access Review (UAR) process to ensure user access permissions are granted based on the principle of least privilege and reviewed regularly.
Develop and implement a centralised approach to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) across the organisation, encompassing user onboarding, role/permission management, and offboarding for all applications within the ecosystem.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation (IT, Security, Business Units) to understand access needs and define access control policies.
Partner with the Head of Security Consulting to ensure ILM aligns with the overall security strategy and contributes to a robust Zero Trust environment.
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated ability and proven 7+ years cyber management consulting and experience with preparing presentations and reports for executive and senior management
Expertise in Identity Management and governance, focusing on identifying and correcting discrepancies in user access permissions in line with the least privilege principle, managing high-risk functions, and ensuring Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Preferably, technical knowledge and experience in onboarding applications, managing provisioning and deprovisioning, and conducting User Access Review (UAR) campaigns using Identity Governance platforms.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff
Demonstrated experience in delivering communications and training activities
Demonstrated ability to understand and manage process documentation
Accredited tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology, Cyber Security, Governance, Business or a related discipline
