Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) Contract/Temp CARE Australia (part of CARE International) is an international aid organisation working to defeat global poverty by supporting women to create lasting change in their communities around the world.
In this key role reporting to the Director of Fundraising & Public Engagement you will oversee all marketing and general fundraising operational and strategic initiatives across three streams of work:
Individual Giving and Direct MarketingGeneral Marketing and CampaignsLeading a small highly engaged team your key responsibilities will include: Developing CARE's fundraising and marketing strategy.Leading outreach campaigns working across the full spectrum of marketing techniques;Developing and implementing annual and multi-year fundraising and marketing budgets;Proactively working with colleagues across Public Affairs and International Programs;Acting up in Director role as and when required.Selection Criteria Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills including experience in financial management, market research, data and consumer insight to dictate strategy.Proven experience in designing and delivering effective multichannel acquisition, retention and development strategies across multiple fundraising and/or marketing campaigns including experience with digital marketing strategy.Experience or knowledge of local fundraising markets highly regarded.Excellent communication and experience leading a team.Why Work With Us?
