With a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation, we are dedicated to offering an unforgettable dining experience to our customers while ensuring strong operational and financial health.Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Head of Finance to lead and manage our small finance team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial leadership within the hospitality industry (preferred), with expertise in Profit & Loss (P&L), cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting. As Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance, ensuring profitability, and supporting executive decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the overall financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial reporting and processes.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.Take ownership of the P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements; monitor, analyze, and optimize profitability.Lead the preparation and management of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance expectations.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and optimize resource allocation.Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to the executive team to aid in strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Implement cost-control and financial efficiency initiatives to maximize profitability.Monitor financial trends in the hospitality industry and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior financial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow management, and financial analysis.Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and driving financial planning processes.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a finance team.Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools.Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying cost-saving and revenue-enhancement opportunities.If you are a seasoned finance leader with a passion for driving profitability and growth in the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.
