In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operating aspects of our properties under management and care.An overview of the role:Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to property maintenance.Obtain certification for all essential services and prepare necessary documentation as required by local authorities.Manage property services, conduct inspections, and prioritize repair works to ensure safety and efficiency.Coordinate and manage specialist contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.Develop and maintain a property due diligence program, including reporting any necessary works.Implement and maintain the Planned Preventative Maintenance System and other information databases.Procure materials and building requirements to minimise disruption to tenants.Identify and implement energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives.Participate in sustainability programs and develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy.Prepare and monitor annual property operations and capital works budgets.Provide input into monthly reports for the operational aspects of the property.Sound like you?
