Head Of Digital Engineering

We are looking for a Head of Digital Engineering on behalf of our client that is one of the big 4 banks, specifically the online trading platform arm of the business. It's a fast-paced, dynamic, and award-winning team that has its customers at the forefront of their minds that use the application.In this role you will provide technology leadership to your digital teams (web & app), partnering with the product team to define & execute a digital tech roadmap, working with the data team to unlock AI and ML capabilities and ensuring alignment to architecture, enterprise data standards, application simplification, and modernization agendas.The ideal candidate:Tech strategy in the digital space and worked with digital teamsLead a heavy tech/engineering team, bonus points if they focused on DevOps maturity.DevSecOps backgroundA lot of stakeholder managementHigh level technical knowledge (the team is language agnostic)People leaderHigh EQLow egoIf you have the above experience and are interested in the role, apply now as this role is an important hire for them and they are very motivated to find the right person!
