It will require significant investment in new systems to support the transformation and is expected to be undertaken over multiple years. The roadmap has been developed and now requires business case development and then implementation. It will impact operations in all parts of the organisation; and seeks to improve productivity by automating manual processes and improving the engagement with the people they support through standardised activities across the business. A core pillar within this transformation is data – this includes the need for a new data operating model, new architecture, better data governance/management and a significant uplift in resourcing.Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll be responsible for executing on the Data and Analytics (D&A) strategy and elevating the organisation's assets to drive value for business stakeholders. This includes the execution of related programs and practices that drive measurable business outcomes. This role involves establishing, leading and operating the D&A function; developing talent and maturing the D&A maturity and culture; building trust and managing data; and evolving technology capabilities.You'll play a key role in tracking the business impact of D&A by linking use cases to business outcomes (e.g., client impact, financial sustainability, risk reduction/compliance and client satisfaction). You'll also be responsible for delivering insights for action, measuring data quality and tracking data literacy levels. Critically, you'll build partnerships with executive leadership to understand business drivers and the insights required to improve business decision making at all levels across the business.Your Background & ExperienceExtensive end to end experience in a similar Head of Data or Data & Analytics Manager role with multiple key stakeholders and priorities;Proven experience in managing and leading cross functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide data and analytics transformation programs, operating and influencing effectively across a large organisation;You'll have high levels of curiosity and desire to learn about the business and how data can help.
