Permanent role.Ink Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a leading financial services firm who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to join their team.Reporting to the CRO and once removed from the CEO, you will play a crucial role in leading a dynamic compliance function to success. This is an opportunity to develop and support a fantastic team of individuals, ensuring that all day-to-day compliance activities are effectively managed as well as driving strategic change and uplift.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 8 compliance professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of the compliance function.Develop and implement strategies to enhance compliance capabilities within the organisation.Provide strategic insights and guidance to the business, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Hold the Privacy Officer title working closely with the legal counsel to oversee privacy issues and uplift the privacy framework.Oversee policy compliance and core obligations registers ensuring adherence to compliance standards.Collaborate with risk teams to ensure an aligned and unified approach.Drive cultural change and transformation within the compliance function, emphasising value-add and continuous improvement.
