P&L ownership and operating management of ShopBack Pay in Australia
Full ownership of the sales, marketing and operations teams performance and results
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop campaigns and processes
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to share best practices

Essentials to Succeed
8+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, performance management, and exceeding team targets
Exceptional past results in online-to-offline sales; experience in the food/retail tech space is a plus
Proven experience in building high-performing sales teams, with a fast-moving, continuous development mindset
A strong network of merchant partners in the food/retail space is highly valued
Thrive in a startup environment with ever-evolving systems and products
Ownership mindset with an insatiable appetite for winning
Self-starter with a "can't-is-not-an-option" attitude; resilient problem-solver who is not discouraged by failure
