Head of Commercial – Lead, Innovate, and Drive Success at Lagardère AWPL Lead and inspire teams across category management, marketing, and e-commerceOwn the Commercial Team P&L, delivering significant sales and profit targetsCollaborate closely with design and operations to enhance store concepts and customer experiencesWorking closely with our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role leading our commercial strategy for our business. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams across category management, marketing, and e-commerceDriving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performanceOwning the Commercial Team P&L, delivering sales and profit targets in line with budgetsMonitoring category performance, leveraging data to optimize pricing, product mix, and promotionsUtilising data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and manage risks and opportunities effectivelyCollaborating closely with design and operations teams to bring store concepts to life, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and commercial excellenceEnsuring stores deliver a seamless customer experience by working closely with other business units and operationsTo excel in this role, you should have: A proven track record in commercial leadership roles, with deep retail experience and if you have travel retail exposure, that will be welcomed!Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to drive transformative changeOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsExperience in leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple disciplinesProficiency in leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-makingIn return, we offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional development, and a vibrant work environment that fosters creativity and personal growth.
