An ability to liaise closely with an Executive Team made up of the Head of Primary, Head of Secondary, and the CFO. Educational leadership to manage change successfully and deliver continuous improvement. A track record of building and mentoring highly effective teams. Skills to develop, review, and deliver College strategy and operational plans. Ability to motivate and engage staff, students, and parents to ensure a climate of support and high expectations. Experience in integrating and enabling technology for learning and using data to track and improve student performance. Exposure to implementing Wellbeing policies and programmes. Preparedness to play an active role in the College's religious program and ethos. Experience in leading professional learning and performance management of staff. Effective management and monitoring of all school administration and operations. Excellent communication skills in a range of formal and informal settings. Application Process
