Head of Business Development Newly Created Position | Strategy Development & Execution Focus NSW Based | Growth Focused Remuneration Package Drive Referring Doctor Engagement | Growing Diagnostic Imaging Company About Us PRP Diagnostic Imaging offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, through a network of 34 practices across Sydney, Illawarra, Central Coast and the Hunter and Central West.
We are excited to be entering the next phase of our growth and expansion plans, with additional practices having opened in 2024.

About the Position In this newly created position, you will be responsible for leading our team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
You will continue the growth our high-performance culture through coaching and supporting the team to maximise their individual potential.
In conjunction with each team member, you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan for each territory that sells our extensive range of diagnostic imaging, interventional and procedural services.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with the top referring doctors in each territory.
Utilising our extensive range of analytical tools, you will monitor, analysis and report on the sales activities of your team.
You will monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer need to enable PRP to capitalise on opportunities.
Working in collaboration with each practices management team, you will provide guidance on events and webinars that highlight technical innovation and awareness of our services to referring Doctors.
About You You will have significant experience in a sales management position, preferably within the healthcare sector.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have successfully led a sales team who consistently achieved sales targets, whilst driving business growth.
Your approach must be to foster a high-performance culture, where you coach and support your team to enable each individual to reach their potential.
You will be accomplished at driving change and process improvement.
You must possess excellent analytical skills and be able to demonstrate how you have utilised data to drive growth.
You must have a passion for providing exceptional service and adding value to your customers.
