The Head of Business Development is a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and operational success.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies for marketing, sales, and support departmentsRecruit, train, and manage teams, including key account managers and marketersCreate and implement processes and best practices for efficient workflowsManage budgets and ensure cost efficiencyCollaborate with management and other departments to achieve company goalsMonitor team performance, develop concepts, and implement bonus systems to promote employee performance and motivationThe ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree or higher, minimum 3 years of B2B inside-sales experience in Global Trade, and proven track record of meeting/surpassing targets and KPIs. Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills are essential.
Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be based in Central Europe Time (CET) zone.
