About The Role:
Looking for a motivated and passionate leader to drive creativity, deliver fantastic food and develop a strong kitchen team. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Culinary, you will provide seamless support and direction to the kitchen team and manage the day-to-day culinary operations.
About You: Previous experience as a head chef in a high volume, fast paced establishment vital to the role. Ensure the production of quality products of a consistently high standard. Manage a budget, payroll expectations and keep accurate records. Able to execute new menus, systems and procedures. Demonstrated experience managing Cog's (Food and Labour). Passionate about developing themselves and their team. Passionate about food and the guest experience. Experience in the creation and development of menus. Highly organised with the ability to supervise, support and lead the team in kitchen operations. Strict compliance towards food safety. We Are Looking for Someone To: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and equipment maintenance. Manage the kitchen functions and monitor day-to-day performance. Ensure all food operations are compliant with relevant regulations. Motivate the team to create a memorable experience for all customers. Communicate effectively with management and staff. Aid in the proposal and development of menu plans.
