HEAD CHEF Opportunity Work at one of the Swan Valley's most iconic venues situated at the entrance of the Swan Valley within Pinelli Estate - a family owned winery and vineyard for over 40 years.
Now considered as a must go-to food and beverage destination of the Swan Valley, the Pinelli Estate Winery Restaurant is seeking a Head Chef to play a key role in maintaining the venue's excellent reputation. The successful applicant will be responsible for lunches, dinner and events especially given its idyllic setting for weddings, bespoke and corporate events.
The venue already has a dedicated kitchen team so you will be inheriting a respected team to guide, develop and manage.

The candidate must have: A minimum of 5 years as a Head Chef at a high-volume venue; Standout communication and time management skills who is able to organise a kitchen team so high-level execution is carried out for every service or event; Experience at managing stock, menu planning, ordering and rostering are essential; Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients and kitchen equipment; Extensive Operational experience to meet management's financial and business budgets; Suitable trade Cooking qualifications to meet the role; The desire to be lead a fun, productive and professional team; and Ability to lead by example to create an effective team and build a positive culture How to apply: Emailing your resume to
