Head Chef

We require a Full Time Head Chef to lead our kitchen.You will have experience in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrable ability to lead under pressure.You will be working closely with management, implementing your own stamp on the business.
You will have extensive experience with bistros, snack menus, and function food/canapes with a diverse knowledge of different cuisines, incorporating an emphasis on the use of seasonal herbs and produce, with meticulous attention to detail in presentation.Leading the kitchen team by example is essential.
