Job Description
In this role as Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including the restaurant, bar food, events and weddings. You will lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, inspiring them to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
The Head Chef will work closely with the Operations Director (Owner) and Hotel Managers to develop and execute innovative menus that showcase your culinary talent and creativity. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency, ensuring that all food products are prepared to perfection.
We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Head Chef with a proven track record in luxury venues. You should possess exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. You should also have strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

More About You A minimum of 3 years experience in luxury 5 star properties A minimum of 3 years experience as Head Chef Exceptional time management and organisational skills Engaging leadership style that demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork, but is also a strong individual contributor Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-motivated and proactive in approach Eligibility Conditions Sponsorship is available for the right candidate Full professional proficiency in English required Ability to relocate to Armidale NSW within 4 weeks (assistance is available) As a the Executive Head Chef at Tattersalls, you'll become part of a close-knit team operating one of Australia's best boutique hotels.
