We are seeking a passionate individual with proven experience within a similar role to come on board as Head Barista of Sloane Ranger Cafe in Cremorne.We pride ourselves on providing efficient, friendly and professional service. The role will include: Ordering and stock control of all coffee related itemsQuality control; maintaining a consistently high standardOpening or closing the cafe including end of day reconciliation and reportingTraining other baristas; refining their skills to ensure consistent, high quality coffeeWorking alone or with others on the machineHelping out behind the bar or on the floor as neededAbove award pay rate (dependent upon experience)Obviously; annual leave, sick leave (as per Restaurant Industry award) The right candidate will be/have: Conscientious, efficient with a strong work ethicVersatile and adaptable; willing to helping out in all aspects of FOH serviceA team player; willing to help out when needed.
