HBT Service Operations will accelerate Service's transformation through strategic and tactical business improvements that result in significant improvement to productivity, field execution, operational excellence and customer experience. This will include establishing a Service 2.0 global operating model, evolving and aligning our processes, systems and tools, to achieve Service growth and productivity goals.

As the HBT HBS - HBOC Digital Services Deployment Leader, you will be responsible for leading and directing all required activities to achieve regional HBOC deployment targets (NAM - 824, EUR - 865, APAC - 172), HBOC productivity savings (NAM $1.5, EUR $0.5M, APAC $0.5M), avg. deployment cycle time <45 days. Role will be the evangelist change agent for HBOC adoption across the region, and partner with RGM's, SBL's, FSL's, FSP's to obtain required information to ready eligible BPS sites, and then work with Field and HBOC team to onboard within 45 days of BPS booking. Ensure ongoing success of HBOC digital delivery into converted BPS contracts for remote resolvable PM and Breakfix work, and be primary escalation for region to ensure HBOC is delivering on KPI's and SLA's to regions and customers. Directly manage any in-region Virtual HBOC Agents (primarily EU and AU).

This will include establishing repeatable 'standard work' so our teams execute to the same standard. You will ensure regional and branch alignment, adherence & standardization of Honeywell's Operational Technology (OT) Software and Connected solutions when deployed in Service, to ensure we can execute effectively for our customers, demonstrate value, reduce our risk, cycle times, variation, and cost to deliver/service.

In this role you will support, manage, and direct all of the activities required to successfully onboard existing and new service customers to our new digital operating model. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, speed and efficiency.

**Key Accountabilities / Deliverables of the role**
- Accountable for onboarding of all BPS Converted contracts to HBOC in line with target, and cycle time of 45 days or less.
- Accountable for onboarding and maintaining all existing Forge sites to HBOC
- Accountable for all Post Deployment activities of BPS and Forge HBOC being completed by field teams.
- Conversion of offline to remote connected sites via secure connect; help drive connected % of install base.
- Continuous optimization of connected sites
