As a Program Lead within our dynamic Tribe, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the seamless execution of a strategic program from discovery through to delivery.
Reporting to the General Manager Products (Tribe Lead), you will proactively engage and influence other critical functions so that any proposed changes and the impacts to the business and our members are well understood.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive a strategically important initiative that directly impacts HBF's success. This role is initially available on a 12-month max term basis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and own the development of solutions within the Squad, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business goals. Proactively identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to delivery both within the Squad and across HBF. Manage program delivery within defined capacity and budget constraints. Communicate your program vision to stakeholders through clear storytelling, ensuring alignment and buy-in across teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing regular updates to Senior Leadership and the Board. About You
You have demonstrable previous experience as a Program / Delivery Leader / Product Manager within a highly regulated environment such as Insurance or Financial Services.
You see the bigger picture and are always looking for ways to improve and innovate while taking a proactive approach to project work.
You are confident delivering and presenting and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating success in influencing and leading organisational change, preferably in an agile environment.
You work best in cross-functional teams, building relationships while assessing complex issues, and communicating your recommendations to the Executive team, Board, and external regulators.
