About the role The Trade Warehouse Operator role is a fixed term contract position, based at Bunbury, WA.
Report to the Store Manager you will join our team and deliver exceptional customer service and attain operational excellence within the warehouse.
In this role you will: * Follow and prioritise the CSR Never Walk Past Policy - Personal safety and safety of everyone around you is paramount.
* Warehouse operations include picking orders, stock count, replenishment, and merchandising.
* Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone).
* Processing orders, invoices, and payments.
* Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse, and retail area.
* Loading and unloading vehicles.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 4:00pm.
What you bring to the role * Possess a strong work ethic.
* Forklift licence required to perform duties in the warehouse.
* Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
