Gymnastics Coach (Wag)

We pride ourselves on a culture of teamwork, discipline, and passion, and we're looking for an experienced Advanced WAG Coach to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with elite-level gymnasts, guiding them towards national and international success.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for coaching and developing a talented group of gymnasts. This includes preparing athletes for competitions. Work closely with the Head Coach and other team members to maintain a cohesive coaching strategy and enhance athlete development.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement training plans.

Provide hands-on coaching across all WAG apparatuses (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor).

Prepare athletes for competitions.

Monitor progress and adjust training plans as needed.

Mentor athletes, fostering confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship.


About you:

A passion for gymnastics and a commitment to long-term athlete development. The ability to effectively motivate athletes and provide constructive feedback in a positive, encouraging manner. Holds an advanced coaching accreditation or equivalent. Intermediate coaches working towards an advanced coaching accreditation are also encouraged to apply.
